Requirements of the Role including but not limited to: Highly desirable: Ellipse / contract admin experience. High Level Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. Monitor and review project and contract standards using work order management systems. Maintain accurate records of systems and plant equipment in Ellipse. Use appropriate reporting methods to track and manage equipment details. Contract administration covering a range of preventative maintenance services. Supervision of contractors and trade staff. Technical knowledge and good understanding of building services. Participate in and facilitate WHS audits, undertake on-site WHS inspections. Good understanding of procurement and work order management processes. Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e. in Ellipse and Microsoft Office). Develop and maintain procedures, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures. Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
