We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in Terrigal. This hands on, office based role offers the perfect opportunity to learn the back end of Property Management while supporting a busy and high performing team.
You’ll be providing day to day administrative support to the Property Management team, including handling tenant communication, coordinating repairs and maintenance, chasing arrears and assisting with the smooth management of the portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience, build confidence, and develop a long term career in Property Management with strong growth potential.
What You’ll Bring:
* Ideally 1 year of industry or Property Management experience
* A strong team player mentality with a positive attitude
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Motivation and resilience when facing challenges
* Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Manager preferred
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
