About the Role
As a Child and Adolescent Psychologist, you will be working with children and adolescents in various developmental areas. This includes diagnostic assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cognitive Impairments, Learning/Development delays, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), adaptive behavior, and Mental Health concerns.
Your Responsibilities
You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, conduct psychological testing, provide parent/caregiver support, and write therapeutic reports as required. The role will entail service delivery from the clinic, telehealth, and school visits.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have prior relevant experience working with children, schools, or in a private practice clinic. You should also possess a comprehensive understanding of health issues impacting individuals with Mental Health concerns, ASD diagnosis, and/or ID/Cognitive Impairment. Demonstrated skills in working as part of a multidisciplinary team, effective verbal and written communication, and maintaining confidentiality are essential.
