General Manager, Community Clinical Services
We're looking for an experienced, strategic clinical leader to guide the future of Feros Care's community‐based clinical services. This is a key role overseeing our Allied Health and Nursing operations across multiple regions, shaping service models, strengthening clinical governance, and driving innovation in how community care is delivered.

As the General Manager, Community Clinical Services, you will:
* Lead the strategic and operational direction of our community clinical programs.
* Drive new and improved models of care, including technology-enabled and digital health solutions.
* Strengthen clinical governance, quality, safety, and risk management across services.
* Support research-informed practice and service innovation through partnerships with universities and sector experts.
* Oversee service redesign and integration to enhance client experience and streamline care pathways.
* Build capability within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear expectations, coaching, supervision and development.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Ensure services remain operationally viable, aligned with funding requirements, and positioned for sustainable growth.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven leadership experience across multi‐regional community clinical services.
* Demonstrated success implementing new models of care, research translation, or digital health initiatives.
* Strong operational capability with experience in planning, budgets, workforce, and risk.
* Experience in service design or clinical service transformation.
* Ability to build a high‐performing workplace culture where teams feel supported, aligned, and motivated.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial acumen with an understanding of sustainability in aged and community care.
Qualifications, Certificates & Registrations
* Relevant and current professional registration.
* Current Australian driver's licence and/or reliable transport, with ability to travel interstate as needed.
