About the Roles
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our award-winning artisan team at the Paris Creek. Help us shape a sustainable future through the following roles:
* General Production: Support daily operations across our diverse dairy lines.
* Milk Bottling: Operate precision equipment for our bio-dynamic range.
* Yoghurt & Cheese Specialists: Craft our signature artisan yoghurts, quarks, and soft cheeses.
* Pasteurising: Manage critical equipment to ensure gold-standard safety and quality.
* Warehousing & Logistics: Handle inventory and dispatch for national distribution.

About You
We are looking for reliable, punctual team players with a passion for artisan excellence. To succeed in our fast-paced, growing environment, you will have:

* Industry Experience: Previous experience in food or dairy manufacturing is preferred, though not essential.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing or dairy processing is highly regarded, though we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
* Hygiene & Safety: A solid understanding of HACCP, food safety standards, and strict hygiene protocols.
* Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail to ensure every batch of cheese or milk meets our award-winning standards.
* Physical Fitness: The stamina to manage a hands-on role, including manual handling, and repetitive tasks.
* Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 10kg regularly as part of daily production tasks.
* Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude with the communication skills needed to thrive in a busy production environment.
* Reliability: Punctuality and flexibility to accommodate production schedules. Given our location, reliable transport to our Paris Creek facility is essential.
* Passion: A genuine interest in bio-dynamic farming and the craft of artisan food production.
* Work Rights: Valid work visa required for employment in Australia.
