Job Opportunity: Business HR Partner
The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy and confident professional who can provide expert support to our Pacific operations. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be the first point of contact for business-related HR advice across a range of people matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a true business-facing HR role. You will provide timely HR guidance and support to leaders and employees throughout their employment journey, coach managers through conduct and performance processes, manage HR documents, respond to queries via the shared services inbox, and assist in delivering strategic initiatives such as restructuring, engagement activities, and onboarding.
In this role, you will bring a vocational qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent experience) and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You will also possess experience gained in a HR Advisory or Coordinator position, a sound understanding of employment law, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to build trust quickly.
