We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator.
Position Details:
- Position: Accounts Payable Administrator
- Start Date: Immediate
- Full-time
- Location: Paget
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable data entry and processing
- End-of-month reporting and reconciliations
- Assist with purchasing procedures
- General accounts support as needed
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Advanced accounts payable experience (Data Entry, Account Reconciliation, End of Month procedures)
- Strong experience using MYOB (preferably AccountRight)
- Knowledge of accounting processes
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital platforms
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to juggle tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of purchasing processes (desirable)
- Qualifications in Financial Services (desirable)
