Parts Store Person – Brisbane Airport
We have a brand‑new position in the Brisbane Airport: Parts Store Person! This permanent, full‑time role is based in our TCR workshop in Brisbane. It offers a unique opportunity to work for the biggest Ground Support Equipment company in Australia, learn from the best in the business, and gain experience in the exciting aviation industry.
Snapshot of What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting suppliers, obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders before purchases
- Following internal processes and maintaining accurate system records
- Efficiently receiving and dispatching goods
- Proactively maintaining housekeeping standards in the parts store
- Collaborating with service technicians regarding their request for parts & accessories
- Arranging couriers for dispatch and collection of goods
- Assisting with physical stock movements and stock control (up to 20kg)
- Supporting efficient workshop operations and a safety‑first culture
Who We're Looking For
- Background in mechanics, maintenance, planning, scheduling, auto parts stores or automotive retail is highly advantageous
- Tech‑savvy (SAP/FSM experience highly regarded, or willingness to learn)
- Strong communicator with a proactive, positive attitude
- Process‑driven, organised, and comfortable in a quick‑moving environment
- Driver’s licence required; forklift licence beneficial but not essential (training available)
