Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, dealers, and internal staff.

1. Develop and implement systems, processes, and programs to optimize and scale our technical capabilities.
2. Develop and deliver technical training materials and programs to enhance the technical knowledge and capabilities of our dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales and customer service staff.
3. Assist with technical support publications and maintain a detailed product specifications database.

This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in equipment hire companies, construction, industrial, and DIY tools, or have hands-on experience as a tradesperson. We also welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about construction equipment and eager to develop their technical skills.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnostic and technical support through direct contact with customers, dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales and customer service staff.
* Monitor product performance, maintain records and coordinate improvements for technical problems, service issues and emerging product concerns.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key technical personnel across our portfolio of brands and suppliers.
