As the FOH Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of this thriving hospitality business.
This is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your hospitality profession.What you'll be doingManaging and leading a team of front-of-house staff, including hosts and servers.Ensuring efficient and seamless table service, from greeting guests to handling payments.Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing costs.Resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional customer experiences.Implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, and safety standards.Analysing sales data and preparing reports to make informed business decisions.Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food and service.Fostering a positive and productive work environment for the front-of-house team.Rostering FOH staff.Assisting in social media posts and content.What we're looking forAt least 3-5 years of proven experience as a FOH Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other departments.A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.What we offerAt JRM Restaurant Management, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
