**Administration Partner Role at Everyday Independence**
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Partner to join our team at Everyday Independence, located in Ashmore. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm) with a competitive hourly rate of $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome new participants and act as the main point of contact
* Manage scheduling and tracking of NDIS plan review dates
* Monitor waitlists and maintain a safe and welcoming hub environment
* Build relationships with referrers and manage participant relationships

What We're Looking For
We seek individuals with 2-3 years of administration experience, focusing on customer service and relationship building. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and competency with client databases (Salesforce is a plus) are essential skills. Relevant certifications such as First Aid are also desirable. Experience in the NDIS/disability sector is not essential but considered an advantage.
