Job Description
The Manager, Consulting Services is responsible for providing expert guidance and development support to the Consulting management team.
* Assists sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Key Responsibilities
* Project Oversight: Oversees projects across the practice and assists Engagement Managers when needed
* Sales Support: Supports the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
* Team Leadership: Assists in recruiting, developing, and managing a remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications
* People Development: Performs mentor and coach role, analyzing team skills and providing cross training
* Performance Management: Establishes direct reports' goals and objectives and directs performance feedback collection
