Your New Role
As an
SAP Business Analyst – Operations and Supply Chain
, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting ICT applications and data across critical process streams, including Plan, Warehousing and Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, and Procure to Pay.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and the ICT team to ensure systems align with enterprise architecture and effectively support business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading design sessions and prototyping new systems to improve processes.
* Managing deployment, change management, and user training.
* Providing technical support and ensuring system integration and interoperability.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting ICT operational activities.
This role is based across two key sites, with a minimum of three days on-site per week.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Strong years' of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment (dairy or food production preferred).
* Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules: PP, MM, WM, and EWM.
* Knowledge of supporting planning solutions (SAP IBP or similar).
* Familiarity with additional SAP modules (SD, CO, QM, PM/EAM, BTP, Signavio) and integration methods.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage projects, deliver training, and produce technical documentation.
* SAP certifications and/or relevant ICT qualifications are highly desirable.
