Responsibilities
* Lead Enel X's market development and regulatory affairs initiatives in Australia (WEM and NEM) and New Zealand to open new opportunities and defend current participation.
* Influence policy and regulatory changes that support Enel X's existing operations and drive future growth.
* Build strong relationships with market bodies, governments, and advocacy partners.
* Promote Enel X and its customers at stakeholder forums and industry events.
* Participate in regulatory consultation processes, including developing policy positions and preparing submissions.
* Lead Enel X's response to DR capacity tenders.
* Ensure staff and management are briefed on relevant developments and engagements.
* Provide guidance regarding market rules and compliance obligations.

* Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and engage decision makers.
* Experience dealing with ANZ electricity regulatory bodies and their processes.
* Deep understanding of ANZ electricity markets and regulatory frameworks.
* Sound knowledge of regulatory challenges and opportunities related to demand flexibility, virtual power plants, and DER.
* Self‐motivated, comfortable managing ambiguity, able to work independently in a fast‐paced environment.
