Investment Analyst
A little about the opportunity: This is a high‐impact role sitting across asset management, transactions and capital raising, giving you exposure to the full investment lifecycle within a rapid‐growing Build‐to‐Rent platform. From building detailed financial models to shaping investment decisions, you will work on complex, real‐time deals while developing deep expertise in the sector.
What you'll bring
* Strong financial modelling capability with experience building DCF and feasibility models from first principles.
* Solid grounding in yield analysis, IRR, capital structures and return metrics.
* A commercial mindset – able to assess opportunities, identify risks and return drivers, and align insights to broader business strategy.
* Attention to detail – high level of accuracy and consistency across models, reports and analysis.
* Clear communication – able to translate complex data into concise insights for stakeholders, storytelling and engaging the team.
* Proactive and curious – challenge assumptions, ask questions and continually seek better ways of working.
* Multi‐tasking capability – comfortable working across transactions, asset performance and investor deliverables in a fast‐paced environment.
* Tech‐savvy – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.
Ideally looking for someone with 2 – 4 years' experience in similar roles across Property Development.
