About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role within crop protection R&D. You will lead the delivery of high-quality field trials across ANZ, ensuring strong planning, execution, data integrity and reporting. Managing a capable field biology team and driving digital transformation, you will help accelerate the development of new crop protection solutions and strengthen partnerships across research, industry and government.
Main Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the field biology team, driving collaboration and performance
* Plan and deliver the internal trial program within budget, ensuring data quality and KPI delivery
* Champion digital tools and ways of working aligned with global R&D strategy
* Build partnerships with research organisations, industry bodies and government agencies
* Ensure all field activities meet HSE standards and risk is proactively managed
