About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide medical leadership and drive excellence in our GP and primary care services.
* Accountability for clinical standards, patient safety, and governance.
* Develop and implement strategies for GP training and clinical leadership development.
Selection Criteria:
* Ambulatory General Practitioner qualification with extensive experience in primary healthcare.
* Registration as a Specialist General Practitioner with unrestricted registration.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading and managing healthcare teams.
