We're now at a pivotal point — ready to scale to the next level, with the ambition to double the business over the next couple of years. To help us get there, we're looking for a commercially minded, well-connected Chief Growth Officer (CGO), located in either Melbourne or Sydney to lead revenue generation, deal flow, and strategic client growth — as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities Personally own and deliver commercial growth targets as a hands-on seller. Drive deal flow — building a strong pipeline, increasing deal size, and maintaining velocity from first contact to close. Expand our footprint in existing clients through upsell and cross-sell opportunities — including with our sister businesses. Identify and close new business across priority industries and accounts. Develop and refine our sales story, pricing, and client engagement strategies. Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing team to align positioning with market needs. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering value-led solutions.
