Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our team. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for receiving, checking in, and putting away all stock, as well as picking and packing electrical site orders and managing the SOH report and weekly cycle counts. Responsibilities Receive, check in, and put away all stock Pick and pack all electrical site orders/requests going to airside sites Manage the Stock On Hand report and conduct weekly cycle counts Supervise and allocate assembly parts for electricians Operate a laptop/computer on-site, including knowledge in Office 365/advanced Excel Ensure warehouse products are organized efficiently and orders are packed within agreed timeframes Pay attention to detail when receiving products as per purchase orders and check PO's into clients platforms Identify and escalate any missing or faulty products to all relevant staff Comply with safe work practices, procedures, and policies Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse management Strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Must have or be willing to obtain a NCCHC (Nationally Co-Ordinated Criminal History Check) Forklift licence an advantage but not essential How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please click the link to submit your application.
