What You'll Be Doing
Conduct site walkouts and plan construction activities
Lead and brief subcontractors on scope and expectations
Manage resources, materials and equipment to keep projects moving
Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks
Support warehouse processes and stock management
Perform quality checks and report incidents as needed
About You
Hands-on experience with a trade qualification and supervising contractors on civil or telecommunications projects
Knowledge of Telstra/NBN networks (advantageous)
Ability to read and interpret network plans
Civil construction experience (directional drilling, trenching, ploughing)
Understanding of cabling requirements for residential and business structures
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel across WA
