Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Product Manager on a range of projects including packaging, logistics, and returns.
* Foster strong relationships through effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
* Maintain and update product schedules to ensure seamless project execution.
* Utilize Illustrator and Adobe skills to work on packaging projects.
* Analyze complaints and feedback, developing plans to address issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Serve as a go-to resource within the team, providing support and guidance when needed.
* Assist in product launches, sampling, and testing to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Retail or FMCG head office environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
* Prior experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly in countries like China and Vietnam.
