Key Responsibilities

* Presentation of beautifully crafted dishes, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly dressed.
* Maintain stock control and store food and supplies safely.
* Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing new menu items.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
* A positive attitude and genuine passion for food.
* Flexibility to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as per roster requirements.
