Insurance Claims Investigator
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Investigator to join our team. As an Insurance Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into insurance claims, gathering evidence, and producing detailed reports.
About the Role
* Attend various locations to conduct interviews and gather evidence
* Collate relevant information to produce accurate and timely reports
* Maintain effective communication with colleagues and other stakeholders
* Prepare and draft factual reports
Requirements
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations or equivalent qualification
* Have a current and valid Investigators Licence
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle
* Experience conducting Workers Compensation or CTP investigations is desirable
* Have excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
* Be self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames
