Portable Buildings WA is a locally owned and rapidly expanding manufacturer of high‑quality portable accommodation units, site offices, and custom modular buildings, Mining camp units. We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Consultant to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding to web, phone, email, and social media enquiries
* Meeting customers on‑site and walking them through our display units
* Preparing quotes, proposals, and simple floor plans
* Managing leads and follow‑ups in our ACT! CRM
* Assisting with social media posts and email marketing campaigns
* Building strong relationships with new and repeat customers
* Working closely with the Managing Director to achieve sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confident using CRM systems
* Comfortable with social media and email marketing tools
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
* Experience in modular buildings, construction, real estate, or similar
* Ability to interpret or prepare simple floor plans
* Familiarity with quoting or margin‑based sales
What We Offer
* $75,000–$85,000 base salary + super
* Commission on every sale (5% of GP)
* Quarterly KPI bonuses (up to $3,000)
* Annual performance bonus ($5,000)
* OTE $105,000–$125,000
