About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager as the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our busy Warehouse in Rowville – ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity every step of the way. You'll lead a small, dedicated team, coordinate with internal departments, and keep everything running like clockwork.
Duties:
* Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
* Oversee daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control
* Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure all items are correctly stored and scanned
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace – from warehouse floors to carparks
* Coordinate freight bookings, pickups, and deliveries
* Communicate effectively with managers, internal sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth work flow
* Ensure all procedures are followed correctly
* Conduct toolbox meetings and performance reviews, supporting ongoing staff development
About you
* Current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence (essential)
* Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
* Solid understanding of warehouse safety, logistics, and manual handling
* Intermediate computer skills and a knack for organization and problem-solving
