About the Opportunity
Weston Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, licensed Settlement Agent who is interested in either:
* Establishing and leading a new settlement agency in Western Australia with our backing, or
* Taking on a senior, full-time Settlement Agent role with a clear pathway to agency ownership or partnership.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a Settlement Agent who is entrepreneurially minded, values autonomy, and is ready to take the next step in their career with the support of an established property group.
Weston Holdings will provide strategic support, existing industry relationships, systems assistance, and a strong pipeline of work to help you build a sustainable and compliant settlement business.

Your Role
As the lead Settlement Agent, you will play a critical role in establishing and operating the agency while delivering high-quality settlement services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and reviewing all documentation required for property settlements, including contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork
* Managing end-to-end settlement transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
* Coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders
* Managing trust account funds, including deposits, adjustments, and disbursements
* Liaising with lenders, conveyancers, and government bodies to resolve settlement matters
* Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Maintaining accurate records and compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Staying current with relevant legislation and industry best practices

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated professional who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness.
You will ideally have:
* A current Settlement Agent's Licence in WA (or eligibility to obtain one immediately)
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Settlement Agent or in a senior settlements role
* Strong knowledge of WA property settlement processes and legislation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders
* Interest in building, growing, or leading a settlement agency
