Network Security Specialist
This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and BGP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve network security and performance issues.
* Provide technical guidance and support to customers on network security and performance best practices.
* Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides for internal and customer use.
* Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve products and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience working as a Network Security Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Senior Support Engineer supporting networking or web security products.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
A strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English are also essential.
