ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Rendering Supervisor, you will:
Oversee daily rendering operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, mentor and coordinate staff across all rendering activities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and yield performance are met.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety, HACCP and WHS requirements.
Conduct routine equipment checks and work with maintenance to minimise downtime.
Complete and maintain accurate production records and reports.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, safety and efficiency.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational alignment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in rendering or meat processing operations.
Leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance requirements.
Problem-solving ability and confidence in making operational decisions.
Reliable, safety-focused and able to lead by example.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
