Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex commercial and business lending transactions, including bilateral loans, syndicated facilities, project finance, working capital solutions, asset finance, and SME lending structures.
* Provide expert guidance on PPSA regulations, AML/CTF compliance, NCCP exemptions, and regulatory considerations affecting business credit.
* Serve as a primary contact for major financial services clients, offering strategic advice and pragmatic guidance.
* Mentor, supervise, and support junior lawyers in their professional development.
* Contribute to business growth initiatives, client engagement, thought leadership, and practice expansion.
