Job Title: Administration Assistant

* Providing communication and support to 24 childcare centres
* Working closely with our Accounts Team – requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Assisting with processing pay runs – this task requires a high level of diligence and confidentiality
* Performing accurate and efficient data entry
* Scanning and electronically filing important office documents
* Answering phones and providing friendly, professional customer service
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, document scanning and filing, and providing excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Tasks: Performing accurate and efficient data entry, scanning and electronically filing important office documents, and answering phones and providing friendly, professional customer service.
* Accounts Support: Working closely with our Accounts Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of pay runs, requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy.
