We are looking for someone with strong technical capability for a team creating high performance, high availability business critical capabilities. 
Reporting to the R&D; Manager, you will be responsible for helping to create and mature the test automation capabilities within Wenco R&D.Key; ResponsibilitiesDevelopmentContribute to the design and implementation of automated testing frameworksDefine and review test cases and test plans for in-Sprint testing as well as customer UATDesign and implement automated tests that leverage the frameworkProvide support and integration of automated testing into the CI/CD pipelines.Support technical services and operations teams with investigation and reproduction of customer issues.Technical leadershipBe relentless in pursuit of continuous improvementPromote a culture of quality within the development teamIdentify opportunities to apply automation to achieve process or product improvementInterface with product management/owners and developers to define and improve requirements and automated and manual test cases.Work with the Technical Documentation team to create content for instructions and user guides for customersQualifications & SkillsYou have a minimum of 3 years' experience in software and test automation developmentYou have strong programming skills in Python and at least one other programming languageYou have experience in the BDD style of developing test automationYou have experience working on complex systems comprised of edge and cloud computing elements, sensing and sensor processing communicating using fixed and wireless networksYou can analyse system requirements and create testing strategies and test cases to verify those requirementsYou have experience in developing test automation for live cloud-based products that constantly update to provide higher quality and new features.You have an interest in delivering high-quality and high-standard products to businesses and consumers.You enjoy working in an environment where you are learning new technologies and concepts and solving complex problems with your teamBachelor Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalentMust be eligible to work in AustraliaWenco advances the efficiency and safety of the world's surface mining equipment through our fleet management systems.
