About the Role As a Casual Shop Assistant, you will work across different departments as required, including: Fruit & Vegetables Groceries Perishables/ Pre Pack Meat Online (Picking & Packing Orders) Customer Service Your day-to-day duties may include: Providing friendly and helpful customer service on the shop floor Filling, rotating, and presenting stock to a high standard Assisting with online order picking and packing Maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised work areas Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures Supporting the team during busy trading periods About You A positive attitude and willingness to learn across multiple departments Reliable, flexible, and available to work across a 7-day roster, AM & PM shifts Strong teamwork and communication skills What We Offer Casual employment with flexible hours On-the-job training across multiple departments A supportive team culture in a well-established Australian business Staff discounts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts Development and career progression opportunities.
