Located in Ballarat, a vibrant regional Victoria centre, the Branch Manager will lead a well‑established rural location providing services across Merchandise, Agronomy, Fertiliser, Livestock, Wool, Real Estate, Insurance, and Finance.
The role focuses on driving business growth, managing a high‑performing team, and fostering strong relationships with local producers.
Responsibilities
* Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations that strengthen the growth of their businesses.
* Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders' presence.
* Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products.
* Prioritise the safety of staff and clients, actively contributing to a zero‑harm culture.
* Co‑train and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services.
* Strong knowledge of livestock and agency operations.
* Comfortable and thriving in a collaborative and agile working environment.
* Resourceful, forward‑thinking, and passionate about effecting real change for clients and the community.
* Understand that people are our most important asset.
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
* Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen (a tertiary qualification is optional).
* Suitable for an existing Branch Manager, Merchandise Sales Manager, Livestock Agent or Agronomist.
