Eureka 89 is a prestigious events and dining space on the top floor of Melbourne's iconic Eureka Tower. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping lasting memories for our guests.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leader to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating FOH staff, ensuring seamless delivery of events and dining, liaising with clients, presentation of the venue, ordering and receipting of goods, and communicating with the Sales & Events and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate FOH staff to ensure efficient event and dining delivery
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Presentation of the venue, including set up/pack down and AV management
* Ordering and receipting of goods
* Communicate with the Sales & Events and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* Strong leadership skills and experience in premium events or fine-dining
* A passion for food and beverage, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and coordinate a team
* Proficient with computers and able to use ordering and rostering systems
