**Our Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Group Accounts Payable Manager, we currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Team Leader. This role will involve a combination of hands-on transactional tasks and the leadership of one direct report.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing of "Invoice to Pay" governance and processes.
- Completion of Accounts Payable Pay runs
- Management of the credit card expense and staff reimbursement system
- Business Partnering around "Procure to Pay" activities
- Answering internal/external queries
- Daily and monthly Accounts Payable activities including posting invoices files and monthly accruals.
**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following experience/capabilities
- Proven accounts payable experience
- Great communication skills with various stakeholders (From Executive level to Care Worker)
- Experience with credit card and staff reimbursement processes
- Management reporting experience
- Process Improvement and automation of processes.
- Leadership experience
