You will articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales, to guiding partners through the integration process and supporting them post-implementation.In this role you will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and then for designing and implementing tailored solutions that align with their needs.To drive success in this role, you will have a proven track record of technical problem-solving and client engagement, along with a deep understanding of software development and system architecture.You will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What your working week will involve:Work with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new businessDesign optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experienceDevelop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architecturesIdentifiying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrationsUse SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partnersSupport multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimise client engagementsWhat you will bring to the role:10 or more years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHPExperience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc10 or more years Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related functionStrong strategic, analytical and tactical skills; must be able to create plans then roll up your sleeves and get things doneExperience in managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environmentProven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writingExcellent presentation and organizational skillsAttention to detailBias to actionCommitment to continuous learning and improvementResilience and adaptabilityCustomer first focus and attitudeExceptional problem solving skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirableWhy Cover Genius?
