Join the UQ Sport Gatton team as a Lifeguard & Customer Service Officer and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for supervising swimming activities, enforcing safety standards, and responding calmly and effectively in emergencies. You'll also be the friendly face of the Centre, providing exceptional customer service, promoting UQ Sport's programs, and supporting day-to-day operations.

In this role you will:
* Provide reception and sales services to UQ Sport customers
* Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and safety
* Ensure the safety of all patrons of the Centre by effectively preventing and responding to emergency situations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* 12 months' previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in an aquatic centre environment.
* First Aid, Pool Lifeguard and CPR Certificates.
* Blue Card.
