Position Details
Bunbury Catholic College invites applications from enthusiastic and experienced professionals for the position of Administration Assistant. The role involves completing administrative tasks, supporting staff and students, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the College's front office.
Position: Administration Assistant
Conditions: Part-Time Temporary, 0.2 FTE / Commencing 21 July 2025 to 31 December 2025
Hours: 2 days per week, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (days negotiable) / 44 weeks per year
Salary: As per the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Perth Non-Teaching Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (2014), dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary levels range from Level 1 to Level 3 for Administrative & Technical Officers, as per the June 2025 CEWA Salary Schedules.
Qualifications Required
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Current WA Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working with Children Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Completion of, working towards, or willingness to work towards, 'Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School'.
