What You'll Do:
Lead, inspire, and develop two high performing teams to create outstanding customer experiences.
Drive sales and exceed KPIs across both locations in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising for both stores.
Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to optimise performance and ensure consistent growth.
Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record in leading high traffic locations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
