* Process high‑volume, multi‑currency invoices (up to 1,100 per week) and payments across 6,000 vendors and complex chart of accounts across ERP databases.
* Check fuel volumes, prices and GST compliance are accurate.
* Schedule EFT/BPAY/FX supplier payments on time, maintaining agreed terms.
* Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and uphold fraud prevention and internal controls.
* Manage supplier relationships, disputes, new supplier setups and compliance, and drive continuous improvement with OCR tools.
What you'll bring
You're a seasoned Accounts Payable professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing accuracy, collaboration, and clear communication to deliver results that keep operations running smoothly.
* Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping is preferred, with strong knowledge of AP principles and practices
* Experience in accounts payable, including experience in a supervisory role
* Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems such as Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
* Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
