The Role
* Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will Lead the Low Level Controls team on full project life cycle engineering of PLC and control systems design, development, implementation and commissioning onsite
* Lead complex projects, coaching and mentoring engineers
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of control systems processes
Skills and Experience Required
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
* Proven success in a leadership position
* 5 years+ of complex Industrial Automation solutions, ideally in Materials Handling such as Parcel Sortation, Conveyor Systems, etc
* Design of complex control systems architectures and specifications for controls systems
* Development of control system code, providing expertise in programming languages, standards and tools
* Ability to prepare and present complex technical data
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
