This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly organised professional to support a dynamic executive team. The role will act as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, managing reception within a modern, newly developed office.
Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, you will play a key role in planning, organising and supporting executive activities, as well as leading the coordination of company events including trade shows.
This is a key position within the organisation requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
* Coordinate diaries, appointments, meetings and travel
* Proactively manage executive calendars and priorities
* Manage end-to-end company events, including liaison with sponsors, clients and internal stakeholders
* Prepare board papers and meeting documentation
* Manage and schedule bookings for office meeting rooms
* Coordinate meeting room setup, including equipment and refreshments
* Assist with maintaining company systems and data entry
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About You
* Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
* Current driver's licence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
* Extensive customer service experience, including complaint handling
* High Level Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite applications
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Confident, energetic and professional approach
