About the Role
The Service Delivery Lead provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of our Client Services team, ensuring service excellence across all NDIS and community supports.
You'll mentor and support a small, committed team, oversee complex client onboarding, and work closely with our Operations and Support Worker teams to ensure every participant receives quality, person-centred support.
This role is ideal for someone who's experienced in team leading, NDIS service coordination and/ or leadership, loves working with people, and is ready to step into a key position in a growing, supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and support the Client Services team.
* Oversee participant onboarding, coordination and service delivery.
* Supervise and develop support workers and coordinators.
* Ensure documentation, compliance and quality standards are met.
* Manage incidents, behaviour supports and restrictive practice processes.
* Support scheduling, SIL transitions and participant reviews.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
* Promote a collaborative, values-driven team culture.

About You
You'll bring strong leadership skills, empathy and initiative. You enjoy balancing people management with hands-on support for clients and staff.
You're calm, organised and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Desired qualifications and experience:
* Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or related field.
* Experience in a leadership, coordination or service delivery role within NDIS or community services.
* Understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR.
* Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills.
