C & C Adviser Job Opportunity

This position offers the ideal candidate the chance to utilise their expertise in providing advice and support to people leaders and colleagues in relation to C&C policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who can act as an escalation point for coordinator queries and letters, manage colleague queries ensuring all items are actioned in a timely manner, and assist in management of the recruitment process including position management, approvals and benchmarking.
In addition, this role will involve supporting the C&C annual calendar of events including performance and remuneration review and engagement survey, as well as collating and preparing information packs and reporting to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to people leaders and colleagues regarding C&C policies and procedures.
* Act as a point of contact for coordinator queries and letters, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Manage colleague queries efficiently, guaranteeing timely completion.
* Contribute to the recruitment process by assisting with position management, approvals, and benchmarking.
* Support the planning and execution of the C&C annual calendar of events, including performance reviews and surveys.
* Compile and prepare comprehensive information packs and reports to a high standard.
Requirements:
* A strong commitment to our purpose and values.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a human resources practitioner.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
* A well-developed sense of initiative and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status is required.
