Energy Automation Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development in the energy automation sector.
This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a strong sales background, and expertise in energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the energy automation sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, developers, EPCs, and asset owners.
* Lead complex solution-selling engagements from concept through to proposal and closure.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-aligned, software-enabled energy solutions.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 8-10+ years' experience in business development, solution sales, or energy consulting.
* Proven success in the C&I, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
* Good knowledge of power distribution systems, substation automation, and Electrical SCADA.
* Familiarity with digital energy platforms, IEC 61850, and modern energy-as-a-service models.
