This family owned and operated, specialised prestige service centre in the heart of Adelaide has an amazing opportunity for a hard-working Parts Interpreter to join their team. The role on offer is a full-time, Monday to Friday position.
This site has been in operation for over 40 years, and has recently gone under renovations, so you will be working in modern facilities. They pride themselves on creating a welcoming and friendly working environment for their staff.
Your main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to
- Provide exceptional level of customer focussed honest service.
- Maintain & grow relationships with trade & retail clients.
- Accurately & efficiently navigate parts catalogues.
- Communicate with technicians accurately & efficiently.
- Pick & pack, daily & weekly orders.
- Over the counter sales
- Prepare invoices & quotes for retail & trade.
- Arrange freight in & outbound.
- Warehouse organisation
- Preparation of Repair orders
