Home Care Services Employee – At Home Services
About the role
As a Permanent part‐time (30 hours per fortnight) Home Care Services Employee supporting clients in Busselton and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks such as:
* household cleaning
* showering
* dressing
* food preparation
* continence support
* medication assistance
* transport
You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
To support you in your role
We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts.
You'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you.
You'll be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans.
Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing career development and career pathways.
Earn $31.13 - $34.59 plus superannuation per hour, paid travel time and $1.04/km mileage reimbursement.
To help ease some of the pressure from rising fuel costs, employees who claim Vehicle/Travel (per km) reimbursement will receive a temporary increase of 5 cents per kilometre for all reimbursable journeys until May 2026, pending review.
What do we need from you?
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
You will be a robust communicator with resilience and patience.
You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
