Craftsman Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our maintenance and renovation team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
* Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
* Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
* Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
* Install and configure new equipment and software
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory
* Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a skilled tradesperson, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role
* An enthusiastic and proactive individual who wants to expand their career with the team
* A strong understanding of construction and maintenance techniques
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of problems
* The ability to work independently or within a team environment
* A valid driver's license
* A White Card, Silica Awareness Card, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and a valid Police Check (preferred)
