About The Role
The Senior Manager, Strategy Execution – Enterprise and Mid-Market plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives that support the growth and operational goals of Optus' Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Reporting to the Associate Director, Strategy Execution, this role is focused on identifying, implementing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
About The Role
The Senior Manager, Strategy Execution – Enterprise and Mid-Market plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives that support the growth and operational goals of Optus' Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Reporting to the Associate Director, Strategy Execution, this role is focused on identifying, implementing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
You'll be a key connector between strategy, operations, and sales teams—driving execution, embedding continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of measurable outcomes that enhance productivity and customer experience.
The day to day
* Lead the execution of strategic initiatives aligned to Enterprise and Mid-Market priorities.
* Translate high-level strategy into actionable, measurable implementation plans.
* Drive process improvements to streamline operations, boost scalability, and enhance performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
* Monitor KPIs, analyse data, and generate insights to guide continuous improvement
* Identify and address execution bottlenecks and challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
* Deliver regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership on progress and optimisation opportunities.
* Develop and embed best practices in standardisation, simplification, and automation.
* Implement process controls and risk mitigation strategies to ensure consistent delivery.
What makes you a great fit?
* Professional experience in strategy execution, project management, or process optimisation.
* Strong foundational knowledge of strategy execution frameworks and process improvement methodologies.
* Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and change delivery.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
* Proficiency in tools such as Tableau or similar project and analytics platforms is beneficial.
* Experience in developing and tracking KPIs and performance reporting.
* A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and accountability.
