This role will be working across all three businesses, LGC Rail and LGC Equipment Hire.
Role Description
This is a full-time HR Professional role based on-site at LGC Perth, WA location.
The role involves overseeing and managing human resource functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and professional development initiatives.
The HR Professional will work closely with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and contribute to workforce planning.
This position requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills to collaborate effectively with staff and maintain HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Experience in performance management, professional development, and workforce planning
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, Fair Work laws, and workplace safety regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to effectively manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Prior experience in traffic management or a similar industry is a plus
Proficiency with HR software and tools is preferred
